Returning an Item

• You can initiate a return within 5 days of receiving a product if you received a wrong, damaged, defective or counterfeit item, you CANNOT request a return if you changed your mind about an item.
• When returning an item, ensure all seals, tags and accessories are left intact and item is in its original packaging. We recommend that you keep the original carton and packaging material for a smooth and easy return
• If you have created a password on an item you wish to return, please ensure it is removed, otherwise, your return will be invalid.

• If your return request is validated, our refund timelines will be as follows:
• If you paid via bank card, you'll receive the refund back to your bank card within 72 hours of receipt of returned product. it may take up to 3 - 7 business days for your bank to credit the refund amount to your account.
• If you have chosen a voucher as your refund method, your refund voucher will be processed immediately, and you will receive an e-mail with your voucher code
