We also operate a dashboard model where every vendor can sell their products on our website. None of the products listed on the vendors dashboard at Kasuwargizo are owned or sold by us, neither are we involved in the actual sale transaction between the buyers and sellers on their personalized dashboard.

The buyer and seller agree that we would be held free from any liability in contract, pre-contract or other representations in tort, for all transactions conducted on the personalized dashboard of the seller.

DELIVERY

This Site is only for delivery of products to customers that purchase items on our website’s ecommerce page. We make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescales set out on our Site; however, delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors. We shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within the estimated timescales where they did not occur due to our fault or negligence.

Breach

Without limiting other remedies, Kasuwargizo.com may limit your activity, immediately remove your information, warn other Users of your actions, immediately temporarily/indefinitely suspend or terminate or block your membership, and/or refuse to provide you with access to Kasuwargizo.com website in the event, but not limited to:
